If you have any one of the following models: PRL-3100, SIR-T151, SIR-T165, SIR-TS160 (without DIRECTV activation), please go to the Samsung Website at www.samsungusa.com/broadcastflag for instructions on how to upgrade your set top box. or contact the Samsung Service Hotline at 1-800-SAMSUNG and a representative will assist you. If you fail to upgrade your set top box and the Broadcast Flag is broadcast the Samsung set top box could turn off and cycle on-off and nothing will be displayed until the upgrade is performed. If you are a DirectTV customer the upgrade will be handled automatically by DirectTV through your Satellite connection.
